Data Controller: MD Minimal Design Mimarlık İnşaat Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“the Company”, owner of the PrintsOnMe brand) processes your personal data as the data controller, within the scope described below, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) of the Republic of Türkiye.

1. Personal Data Processed

Identity and contact data: Full name, address, phone, email.
Customer transaction data: Invoice/tax information, order and payment history, design files you upload for printing.
Transaction security and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, the source you arrived from, and cookie identifiers. The parts of this data used for statistics and marketing are collected only with your explicit consent.

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for receiving, producing, shipping, and invoicing your orders, carrying out customer service processes, fulfilling legal obligations, maintaining site security and, where you have given explicit consent, measuring site usage and sending marketing communications.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

3.1 Domestic transfers. Your personal data may be transferred, limited to what is necessary and in compliance with applicable law, to shipping/logistics companies, payment institutions (iyzico, Stripe, etc.), and legally authorised public institutions and organisations.

3.2 Transfers abroad. The measurement and advertising tools used on our site transfer your transaction security and usage data to servers abroad:

Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-SQZTNYEJ84) — Google Ireland Limited, Ireland. For measuring site usage as aggregate statistics.
Meta Pixel (ID 2454316045081270) — Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Ireland. For measuring ad performance and remarketing.

These transfers are based on your explicit consent under Article 9 of the KVKK. Unless you consent through the cookie banner shown on your first visit, these tools are not run and no data is transferred abroad. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the link on our Cookie Policy page.

4. Method and Legal Basis of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected electronically through our website. The legal grounds under Article 5 of the KVKK are:

Establishment and performance of a contract — order, production, shipping and payment processes.
Fulfilment of a legal obligation — invoice, accounting and tax records.
Legitimate interest — site security and fraud prevention.
Explicit consent — statistics and marketing cookies, the transfers abroad they involve, and marketing emails.

5. Retention Periods

Order, invoice and commercial records are kept for 10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code and tax legislation. Print files are kept for a reasonable period after the order is completed, to cover possible returns and disputes, and are then deleted. Cookie durations are listed individually in the tables in our Cookie Policy. At the end of these periods, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

6. Your Rights Under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about it if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly; request its deletion or destruction; object to a result that arises to your detriment through analysis of the processed data exclusively via automated systems; and request compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to unlawful processing.
