International Shipping

Orders shipped outside Turkey are produced and dispatched within 3 business days. International shipping typically takes an average of 5 business days, depending on the destination country.

Return Policy
Because our products are custom-made (DTF and UV DTF print transfers), returns are not accepted except for issues caused by design or printing errors. Free exchange or return is provided in the following cases:
- If the product was printed differently from the ordered design
- If the product was delivered damaged during shipping
- If there is a clear production-related defect in print quality
In these cases, simply contact us with photos within 3 days of receiving the product. Your request will be reviewed and you will receive a response as soon as possible.
