Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement governs the rights and obligations between the SELLER and the BUYER for purchases made through printsonme.com, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation of the Republic of Turkey.

BUYER: The person placing an order on the site, identified by the name, address, and contact information provided at the time of order.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product (DTF/UV DTF print transfer film) that the BUYER has ordered electronically through the SELLER’s website, in accordance with the qualities specified in the agreement.

3. Product Information

The type, quantity (meters), technical specifications, sale price, and payment method of the product consist of the information communicated to the BUYER on the site and/or in the order confirmation email at the time of order. Products are custom-produced based on the design file uploaded or submitted by the BUYER.

4. General Provisions

The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and understood the product specifications on the site before placing an order, and that they have provided the necessary electronic confirmation. The product is delivered by courier to the address specified by the BUYER within a reasonable time from order confirmation.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the BUYER may not exercise the right of withdrawal for custom-made products (products prepared according to the BUYER’s requests or personal needs, or personalized through modifications or additions). For stock products that do not include a custom design, the BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

6. Payment and Delivery

Payments are collected by credit/debit card through the secure payment systems offered on the site (iyzico, Stripe). Unless otherwise stated, the shipping fee is added to the order total; details on shipping and return processes are available on the Shipping & Return Policy page.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this agreement are subject to the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the BUYER’s place of residence, up to the value announced by the T.C. Ministry of Trade.
