Privacy Policy

At PrintsOnMe (printsonme.com) we care about our customers’ privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our site, why we process it, and for how long.

1. Information We Collect

Order information: When you place an order we process your full name, delivery/billing address, email, phone number, and payment information (handled by the payment provider — your card details are not stored on our servers).

Print files: Design files you upload for our printing services are kept solely for the purpose of producing your order.

Technical and usage data: When you visit our site, data such as your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you view, and the source you arrived from may be collected through cookies. Some of this data is collected only with your explicit consent (see section 4).

2. Purpose of Use

The information collected is used to process, produce, and ship your order, issue invoices, provide customer support, and fulfil our legal obligations. With your explicit consent, we may send you promotional and announcement emails; you can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Sharing of Information

Your personal information may be shared with shipping companies to deliver your order, with payment providers (iyzico, Stripe) to process payment, and with authorised authorities where legally required. If you give consent, technical data is shared with the providers of the measurement and advertising tools described below. Your information is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Analytics and Advertising Tools

We use two measurement tools on our site. Both run only if you give consent through the cookie banner; if you decline, they are never run and no data is sent.

Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-SQZTNYEJ84) — to see, as aggregate statistics, which pages are viewed, how long visits last, and where traffic comes from. Provider: Google Ireland Limited.
Meta Pixel (ID 2454316045081270) — to measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show ads again to people who have visited our site. Provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. This tool records events such as page views, product views, add-to-cart, and purchases.

5. Transfers Abroad

Data collected through the tools above may be processed on their providers’ servers in the European Union and the United States. This transfer is based on your explicit consent under Article 9 of Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK). No data is transferred abroad unless and until you consent, and none is transferred after you withdraw consent.

6. Retention Periods

Order and invoice records are kept for 10 years as required by tax legislation. Your print files are kept for a reasonable period after the order is completed, to cover possible returns and disputes, and are then deleted. Cookie durations are listed in the tables in our Cookie Policy. Marketing email consent remains valid until you unsubscribe.

7. Data Security

Reasonable technical and administrative measures are taken to protect the security of your personal data. Our site uses an SSL certificate for an encrypted connection.

9. Your Rights
